IO3 PRO-YOUTH Practical handbook
In IO3 the PRO-YOUTH framework designed within IO1 will be revised according to the findings of the pilot implementation intergrated in IO2. Thus, IO3 offers a synthesis of previous activities. The result will be a practical handbook integrating the results of the pilot actions for trainers and teachers to improve on their turn the skills of trainees/students through WBL experience in the tourism sector. The primary objective of IO3 is to create, based on the evaluation of the pilot activities and on the results of international mobility (C1) a learning model which will meet the requirements of the specific situation in each partner country and which can be adopted by other European countries/organisations/multipliers. Thus, a strong and comprehensive learning model for relevant multipliers providing on-the-job-training will be created that will enable them to provide unskilled NEETs the necessary qualifications for the quickly growing tourism job market, including cultural tourism.
